Christine's journey into Nutrition...

22 years ago, Christine was diagnosed with Hashimotos Thyroiditis and a goiter that was blocking her air supply. Not one medical specialist suggested that diet, a lack of specific nutrients, or lifestyle choices played a role. Instead, they said she needed immediate surgery to remove the goiter and possibly her thyroid. They removed both, and she was forced to take thyroid medication for the rest of her life. She thought she was on her way to feeling great, however, she began struggling with depression, weight gain, fatigue, debilitating migraines, and abdominal pain. The doctors just kept adjusting her thyroid medication, so she decided to find her own answers and Nutritional Therapy was it! At age 50, she enrolled in college and became certified in science backed nutritional therapy and the impact of food, blood sugar, movement, sun, hydration, and stress reduction on the body and mind. Today she sleeps like a baby, has abundant energy, maintains a healthy weight, no more migraines or body pain, and is back to enjoying life! Join her and discover how you can live healthy and happy, too!
